How do you handle refunds/returns?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. More information located here:

How long does shipping take?

Processing the order usually takes between 2 to 4 business days. Shipping can take between 5 to 10 business days to receive order. Tracking is provided with all orders. If any delays happen, we inform the customer and keep them informed throughout the whole process. Our products descriptions are also updated with any massive delays in shipping.

How can I check my gift card balance?

Gift card balance cannot be checked within the website or account log in. All gift cards sent are received via email with a gift card code to use and balance. If the email was not received, please check your spam folder or contacts us at Kraftzngiftz@gmail.com or "Contact Us".

How does the "Reward Program" work?

This is a new feature we have added to our store. You can earn points by doing simple things. Such as: creating a profile, enter your birthday, subscribe to our newsletter, follow our social links, complete an order or refer a friend to sign up and make an order. Reward program is optional, but you can receive discounts for signing up and points add up pretty quicky. "You cannot combine discounts". For example, you see an item on sale and you wish to use your rewards coupon at the same time, this will not work together.

I'm looking for a product. But you don't have it. What can I do to recommend it?

Can I customize my product on mobile app?

Unforchantly, the "Customize" option is only available on our main website by using the desktop, mobile devices and/or tablet. It's not available when using the mobile app.

What about international orders?

We usually do not get many international orders. But when we do, we monitor the order closely to make sure everything works out property. We do ship internationally, but shipping times varies based on shipping carrier and/or provider. Be aware, shipping internationally may take longer than expected and we do apologize for this. We are based in the U.S.A. We will do our best to ensure your order will arrive without delays. 

I ordered many items from your store. Why I only get one box of products?

We work with many suppliers at one time. This is why we provide tracking for your order (Except for Greeting Cards). Due to the fact some suppliers may ship at a later date then another supplier. Be assured, these suppliers can be trusted and works with us all the time. We have tested each supplier for quickness in shipping and product quality. We monitor the whole order process from start to finish to make sure what you order is what you get and is satisfied with your order.

Why is shipping not provided for Greeting Cards?

The reason shipping is not provided for greeting cards is because it would increase the cost of the greeting cards to add tracking. What we have learned from previous orders is shipping on greeting cards usually takes 5 to 7 business days to arrive.
